• A DEPOSIT OF $20 MUST BE SENT WITHIN 2 HOURS OF BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENTS via ZELLE OR APPLE PAY to (847 749-5387). 

If you are a new Client and unsure of the services you will need, feel free to contact me via phone 773 507 1560 to assure your booking is correct. 

•Please arrive to your appointment on time!!

•After 15 minutes a $10 late fee is required
•After 30 minutes appointments will be cancelled
•Please check email for address and confirmation details once appointment is booked

•If you are getting more than 1 service, it must be confirmed prior to appointment.
•No extra guest allowed unless they're being serviced
•Hair should be taken down prior to appointment unless the takedown is included with service (fee applied).
•If a client cancel the appointment without a 24 hour notice the $20 deposit fee is non-refundable.

*** EARLY MORNING (before 9am), LATE NIGHT APPOINTMENTS (after 6pm), and LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS have an additional $35 fee that will be due immediately. 

If you book an appointment and don't show you will not be able to book with me in the future.
