• A DEPOSIT OF $20 MUST BE SENT WITHIN 2 HOURS AFTER BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT via ZELLE OR APPLE PAY to (847) 749-5387

If you are A new Client and unsure of the service you will need to schedule a Consultation!

•Please arrive to your appointment on time

•After 15 minutes a $10 late fee is required
•After 30 minutes appointment are cancelled
•Please check email for address and confirmation details once appointment is booked

•If you are getting more than 1 service, it must be Confirmed prior to.
•No extra guest allowed unless being serviced
•Hair should be taken down prior to appointments unless the takedown is included with service. (fee applied)
•If a client cancel the appointment without a 24 hour Notice the $20 deposit fee is Non Refundable

•NO LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS 

If you book an appointment and don't show you will not be able to book with me in the Future.
